All the big tech platforms are like this, just adult daycare, here's LinkedIn

How many people does it actually take to run a website? A hundred at max between IT, marketing, and project management.

What happens is these companies feel the need to keep expanding to impress their stockholders (LinkedIn is owned by microsoft btw), and they keep adding useless jobs, then they dump money on useless stuff like yoga rooms. Look at google, it's always been known their their workplace is pretty much a playground. It's all about creating useless "meetings all day" jobs to make it look like your company is big.
