easea countries that are suffering from lower birthrates should be encouraging other easea nationalities or xfs to migrate in (on top of pushing as many different policies as possible to improve the birthrate such as better working hours, parenting incentives, paid time off, etc.) For example, Japan could use the help of the Philippines since the majority of Japan's workforce are getting really old. This way they arent pressured to accept xms and be some mongrel zog confused pozzed country like brazil

I like that. Besides the benefits of having xfs around that are generally genuine and respectful towards native golden cultures like japan, the japanese could use the help of indonesians and vietnamese too. Your idea is a very practical and brilliant solution.

Plus balancing the gender ratio to have slightly higher more women than men, makes it easier for the birthrate to increase. This is because for every 1 men, there'll be multiple women. Dating is essentially a market, and when there's more women than its easier for men to date, and because men are more likely to date as much as they can, it'll allow them to more easily pair up and increase the birthrates.
