Now you may wonder why they love telling each other these fantasies of having a violent man. It's a pretty normal thing for the female of our species when thinking about their ideal mate.

1) "He's violent and scary, so nobody will mess up with him, therefore nobody will mess up with ME".

2) "He cares about me so much he hates the idea of other men making moves on me. It means he really loves me and is not afraid to defend me when needed."

3) "Our babies will be assertive and take no shit from anyone, just like their dad!"

It's a normal instinctual response, and it's the reason women usually like the so-called bad boys.

Understand that it doesn't mean most women are into actual abusive men. They're into their idealized version of it in which he's actually a good guy who is strong and loves them. I think it's kinda like how men all have fantasies about slutty women but usually frown at -real- slutty women.
