Yes, but I can't fathom that such an obscure disease is becoming more and more common.

AGP and HSTS trannies deal with psychiatric issues in the brain. My idea deals with issues of free will, and decisions being MADE by these people.

Why not? Do you think, for example, furries have innately furry brains? No, they become furries from exposure.
