We have signs on our bathrooms at work which say "its NOT OKAY to assume a person must look a certain way to use the bathroom". To which I respond, why does the sign say 'women'?

I just want these people to be intellectually honest. Put up signs that say "Men with penises can use the women's bathroom if they wish, and you just need to shut up and take it".

BTW, you can guess which bathroom all the female "non-binaries" use.

I just want these people to be intellectually honest

These are the people who believe you can change your gender with wishful thinking and crude medical techniques. Not sure intellectual honesty is ever going to be on the menu.
