"disproportionately affected by HIV" Does the virus itself know they're trans and fly through the air towards all trans women like heat-seeking missiles? Or do those individual trans women who contracted the virus have something in common with individual cis gay men who contracted the virus, that made them likely to be exposed to the virus?
