It's super simple. If you have a penis of any type, shape, size, ability, you are male, man, dude, and such, can not be a lesbian, or women.

i've found that just saying "if you have XY chromosomes, you are a man" generally ends an argument.

Sadly in my experience they just choose to bring up unrelated topics such as mutations where people are born with xxxy genes and so on. Like a diseased person existing is a proof that man and woman are imaginary concepts or something.
