I find very little when I search 'vaccine regret' on DDG or Google, but in other parts of the world, regret is so common, the Dutch have voted 'prikspijt' as 2021 best new word. Why the lack of flow?

Because it could be interpreted as both "regretting not getting the vaccine" and "regretting getting the vaccine"
