This shit just makes me so sad. They take these perfectly healthy people, and just break their bodies until they can’t function anymore. Just drugs and top of drugs, trying to combat the crippling side effects of the previous drugs, and then surgery after surgery, taking away and then trying to pathetically reconstruct all the basic human functionality they’ve lost.

It’s like some kind of grotesque nightmare, just throwing these kids into meat grinders.

True but they lack the cognitive development to foresee consequences. The villains in this story are physicians that are enabling (and profiting from) this abomination.
