Propaganda tried to give it a good name. They failed, because it's abhorrent.

What's abhorrent about encouraging your smartest, most athletic, and healthiest citizens to have more children, and discouraging those with severe heritable disabilities/disorders from reproducing?

If you don't belong to a family worth at least $100 M then you're not in the club.

I already hold that anyone with "at least $100M" should have their assets seized.
