Shit. You know it's just going to be colonized immediately by psychotic AGPs with a vendetta getting brainwashed female friends to do it for them. If anything, lesbians might need to lay low for a bit with the dating app shit unless they're in a pretty safe point talking to someone. I don't honestly know how they're managing to date right now, but I can't fathom options being all that amazing with the climate they're given.

Giggle app keeps them out with facial recognition software.

Apparently it's really good at telling your sex.

Didn't she come to talk about her app on GC? Iirc I remember her being kind of defensive with responses, and then her being really flip-floppy about whether or not it would support trans users on Twitter. It's an option, and I could be remembering things wrong.

She changed her opinion after speaking to gc and banned transwomen.

But there's no reason another app couldn't use the same tech.

She started out with it being open to transwomen. Ofcourse right at the start transwomen and incels claiming to be transwomen started coming in and harrassing women like crazy and she actually saw the abuse and completely flipped to only women.

She peaked so hard she is now campaigning everyday for womens rights on twitter :)

No you’re right, I remember that too from like a year ago? She kept asking for feedback and it was made pretty clear that the women wanted actual female only users, but she wouldn’t give a proper answer and was all wishy-washy about if it would be actual females or not, I think she was trying to figure what would get her more users. You are remembering right!

Why cis? Our sexuality isn't based on attraction to someone's socially constructed gender identity. It's based on sex, right? A lot of supers don't believe in gender ideology.

I also dislike the word cis but I think OP meant how I as a superstraight woman don't wish to date transwomen even though their sex is male and vice versa.

Right, but that's not what cis means. We need to make sure we aren't using their words. Cis doesn't mean biological woman. It means a woman who identifies with the social roles, norms, and behaviors expected of women. Only people who identify with those things and think it is innate is cis. Anytime you want to use the word cis, just replace it biological or super.

Anytime you want to use the word cis

Or just don't use any qualifiers. Like you say, it's playing into their terms. The first thing women should take back is the word "woman" itself.

I find it hard to believe anyone is even taking any of this bullshit seriously.

Normal people don't take it seriously. Problem is the people that take it seriously are in positions of power in tech, media, and the government. Normal people got no idea until they run afoul of it. Then you end up with formerly democratic housewives in radfem forums.

It's the only hope for humanity. Much could be said on this topic, but I'll just allude to how foolish it would be to try to convince cows on a farm to revolt. cowfist.jpg :)

I would be on board with something like this. Have a App for dating and have as a requirement where a person where their biological sex from birth aligns with their gender and have catagories for gay men, lesbians, bis and straights. But realistically I don't see how that would work....the outrage would be biblical LOL.
