Teenagers, of course, tend to have identity issues often involving sexuality which is another phenomenon all too apparent in contemporary America. It’s almost uncool not to be LGBT or confused about your gender nowadays. Soon there will be as many genders as ice-cream flavors for it’s all just a matter of taste!

As a teen living in America who identifies as bi/ trans, this is not true at least where I live. It's the complete opposite meaning having very little accepting peoples and support drving you into depression. That section seemed unnessicary though.

I think you were the author's point. While most people are just trying to get through their work day(s); the media, and establishment are teaching the younger generations that by being different=trans, that you're special, and in need of attention.

I'm noticing young people quite commonly being encouraged to act out in this way, yet again, most people=grown ups, just have work. Meaning, yes, the average public just wants to go about what they need to do to survive.

On that point, just Sunday, while my liberal leaning neighbors were Easter Egg hunting for their 8 year old boy(which I do think is a bit old), his older brother, and his girlfriend(around 18), were explaining to the 8 year old all about 'normal vaginas that bleed, but cannot breed; so trans are no different with a near vagina'.

I don't know about newer generations, but I didn't even know what a female menstrual cycle was, until around 12; it just didn't come up, I guess i was busy doing what was truly intended in school; learning. They're literally putting us in the gutter in all ways; financially, emotionally, and educationally.
