I really don't care what anyone else is, or does, but my question is simple, do these people comprehend what they're doing long term?

The news stories are usually quite common in regards to body augmentation, usually due to some sort of body dismorphia. I have to wonder though with the younger age of a lot of these folks, if they're thinking about life 20, or more years later?

Isn't this the same as being transgender? You're really not what you say you are, you're only pretending to be.
