So, I'm completely against this ban. First of all, bump stocks are stupid, and you can get any semi-automatic rifle to 'bump fire', without a silly stock. Which could be why Trump banned them; just as a 'show'.

Even at a show though, I'm not happy with the ban, it's clear encroachment on the 2nd Amendment; which comes from our Inalienable Natural Rights.

We supposedly live in a free society in the USA, one in which the People are supposed to be in charge. This brings up the concept of the Fully Informed Juror. The concept is simple, judges aren't exactly 'it'; as far as the final say, or aren't supposed to be.

Apart from the Legislative, the Judicial branch is supposed to act as a checks, and balance from the legislative, and in correlation with. The jury is also part of that checks, and balance. As a jury member, you can be the 'decider' of what is legal, or illegal. Think about that! On that note though, court houses hate anyone who's informed, and they sure do hate those who inform others.
