I think the trend to fire people based off of their personal beliefs, is the new 21st Century McCarthyism. We see it everday, we're being programmed, if you don't agree with the current reactive political correctness of the day, then you're subject to ridicule, loss of income, loss of standing in the community, et el.

Seriously, we used to be able to get along, simply by knowing none of us really agree on much of anything, it at least worked as compared to now.
