Climate Change Slows Rotation of Earth, New Study Finds

Since 1972, the angular velocity of the liquid core of Earth has been decreasing at a constant rate that has steadily increased the angular velocity of the rest of the Earth. Extrapolating the trends for the core and other relevant phenomena to predict future Earth orientation shows that UTC as now defined will require a negative discontinuity by 2029. This will pose an unprecedented problem for computer network timing and may require changes in UTC to be made earlier than is planned.

The length of day is sensitive to dark matter effects at varipus time scales (orbital period of Moon and Jupiter) and gravity constant changes accordingly. This study just shows how official science slowly converges to geothermal model of global warming 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. These connections are based on publicly available data and as such they were long obvious to me - but scientists tend to ignore everything which may draw a public attention from globalist anthropogenic theory of global warming. So that they just started to bother with it just by now, still with wrong explanation and interpretation. See also:

Climate crisis has shifted the Earth’s axis, study shows Over the past one hundred years, the Earth’s rotational pole has slowly but consistently moved slightly westward every year. But this changed three decades ago, when that drift has begun to slow and head eastward.

The official explanation based on ice melting and irrigation indeed doesn't explain, why magnetic field drifts in similar way. Historically, the collapse of the Mayan civilization and several Chinese dynasties have been linked to persistent droughts associated with the  Intertropical Convergence Zone. This observation shows that the tilt of the Earth plays a much larger part in climate changes than previously thought.

What’s the Difference Between Smart and Wisdom A smart person will use their intelligence to get out situations, a wise person chooses not to get into those situations in the first place.
