This, or more precisely the women are wonderful effect combined with their hypoagency is perfectly adequate to make them formidable manipulators. If people automatically take their side in a conflict, you will be extra cautious around them.

If I make a man mad, I'm mostly worried that he'll beat me up. With women I'm terrified they'll ruin my reputation and spread rumours about me that will completely isolate me socially. They definitely are extremely powerful in that regard, I never notice myself walking on eggshells around men

I never had any women affect me. I’m always like, “she’s a stupid cunt”. I’ve never had anyone take a woman’s side over me.

I think you are right with rape allegations, and stuff. But like in group scenarios, it comes down to who is cooler. And that’s always me.
