Then fucking do it! 8hrs a day will only fuck you up though. 2 hrs a day with 2 or 3 rest days per week will be pretty helpful. Just don't expect things to change overnight. Building muscle and loosing fat take time and a lot of effort, but it is worth it. The self improvement will also help you with your confidence.

Yeah I was considering actually doing it just now.

Do you mean the 2 or 3 rest days should be in a row or not?

you should workout, but it wont get you women. It will make you happier and healtier though. Im pretty knowledgable on the topic so if you need advice or a workout routine just ask me.
