Even if it doesn't break the rule against advocating violence, this clearly qualifies as spam, so I'm removing it.

This is a troll account. Maybe a regular user? I think it needs to be banned as they have repeatedly spammed/called for violence.

I agree, but I'm still going to go through the standard process because of the off-chance I'm wrong. The only accounts I ban immediately are obvious spam bots and accounts dedicated completely to breaking the rules, unless they do something extremely bad like post CP.

I try to take a hands-off approach, too, unless it's blatant. I think this person is trying to make a point or push to see how far they can go.
