The saddest part about that popular rhetoric, in my experience, is that I remember guys cackling over lowest age-of-consent states before they were even 18. It was something they were relishing being able to do (socially accepted pedo) while they were still underage. I remember hearing my 17-year-old boyfriend questioning trading me (17) in for a 14-year-old he stumbled upon. They want to be pedos.
