When the central banks say they are closing up the sales windows, that means they were recently opening the bonds and 10 year note sales windows wide.
And are now closing them.
Exactly.
Expect the sales windows to remain shut for at least a few months.
But, the fact is, they might open them up again in the next few weeks.
