I'm endlessly fascinated by photos from the past. The world has changed so much in a handful of years, yet somehow so much has stayed the same
You will love this, (make sure highest resolution settings are on in the video!) it was originally released by the MoMA. I actually find it kind of creepy because of how real the people in this upgraded footage look - they look like they're still alive, but they've been dead for over 100 years. In a way, the world hasn't changed that much. There's cycles.
It's scary how fast time passes, you feel that while watching this video. It's an obvious life fact, but it's like the video is silently screaming at you, "you'll be just like these people one day.."
