It would be amazing if she is able to convince a court that the trans agenda is erasing women but i'm not holding my breath waiting for that

Speaking tactically it would also be amazing if they sent her to prison.

Imagine the backlash from the quiet majority who think this is a tiny issue which will never effect them.
