Depression is an illness. If she had low grade diabetes would this article say she should be cured by the price of her house? If they are mad that she's rich then just be mad about that. But they are mad that she's not happy. How dare a woman not be happy all the time. How dare a black woman have emotions. How dare a woman have health issues. Silly woman it's clearly all in her head.

The privileged and powerful should not be leaning on the rest of society seeking sympathy for their problems. They could do us all a favor by jumping into woodchippers and the world would be a better place afterwards.

Great point. I don't really care if Big Mike is depressed or not. But, exposing your wimpiness to the public isn't going to help anyone become a VP candidate.
