SBBH = soapboxbanhammer. There was/is also a soapdoxbanhammer. SBBH and SDBH. As far as I can tell, strong amounts of autism are present in the core group.

They're prolific meme makers, and can be pretty destructive trolls when the mood strikes.

I also learned of "fed posting" today too. Don't know how I hadn't heard of that before.

I always wave my freak flag high, but it was nice going to Burning Man because it made me feel "normal" (because there were maaany people waaay more extreme than I ever could be).

Used to be like that here, until the '89 quake. You might see 5 or 6 14 foot tall brightly colored clowns on stilts, wandering around the downtown area. The bubble guy often spent time downtown making his huge (4' x 20') bubbles, and or filling them with smoke. Many unusual characters walking around like you'd see in some kind of movie.

All the 70s hippies were still here, and it was like a mini burning man everyday.

It was actually just last year that the last hole where a building used to be was replaced by a new building.
