I think the allegations are stupid. Yes, this dude is a dumpster fire tranny. But these allegations of drunk fucking and masturbating in the same bed -- while not super cool, should not be considered rape, that diminishes actual rape.

Yep - and no charges have been filed. Thus, even if one can discuss the various problems associated with what may have happened, at the moment there isn't enough information about the event that would identify Doreen as a rapist.
