I wonder if they have ever called the hotline. If you do, they ask you are you about to do it and if you have a gun or how you are going to do it. They would trace the call and send cops. So really the real reason for the hotline is to trick men into getting arrested. It is the same thing if you go to therapy. Society knows men deal with stress of inceldom and might resort to the kind of suicide where we took out others, but if we just kill ourselves no one really cares.
