If women want to be paid the same as a man they have to do the same job at the same standards as men.

Can’t meet the standard then they shouldn’t be in that job. Or take less pay. Male police get the dangerous calls women can just run the reception and get the men coffee. And they can only be combat medics. War isn’t meant for women
