Serious answer. Ex law-cel here. Complain to your bosses. This bitch is a cunt. SHe wants to feel superior to others. Complain. But make demands. Demand she is put on some serious penalty, final warning etc, or possibly fired. SHe it is serious workplace harassment, and that she was trying to humiliate you. She had no right to ask that question.

Then your workplace has to respond. Here's the best thing. If they don't respond appropriately. They are now complicit in her behaviour. You can now get a major payout by taking them to a workplace tribunal. Just keep everything you can in writing. Maybe even have your phone on record first, go in and ask the girl why she asked if you were a virgin the other day. She answers anything other than "I didn't" you've got the proof.

Workplace laws exist for a reason. They're literally the shield incels have against abuse. Sadly no one gives lower value men any respect. They're seen as targets to bully. And they hate it when you wave up workplace laws at them calling out their shitty behaviour. In their world, if you'd just conform, (To being a little beta cuck, which is what they think you should be) lowest of the low in the pecking order, none of this would happen. You being low value and expecting fair treatment goes gaainst their social code.

But workplace law says otherwise. So gather your proof. Create a chain by complaining and not backing down in your demands. Your bosses will likely try and make you compromise. You're a a low value male, of course they will, try and push you around to get their best outcome. Don't let them. You're in the right. Lay it down. You've been humiliated and bullied in the workplace. If you have the proof, make copies and send them one. And demand she's fired, or suspended. If they don't do it, and make you feel safe at work, go after them and get a major payout. Best part, they can't even fire you afterwards. They have to keep you on, and you can come back in with a shit eating grin everyday knowing they have a lawsuit from you against them

what if he comes out as gay/transgender would he have a better chance?

Nah. Better to just state facts upfront. I'm a regular dude who has been bullied regarding my personal life, and humiliated in the workplace.

if you said you were a tranny, they'd likely just think you were overreacting as their track record indicates

ok but what if he claimed he was gay and felt that she assumed his sexual orientation?

(come on though it would be fucking hilarious if he came into work with a dress with a lawyer though)

He could do a cringey meme, or he could play serious and possibly get a serious payout. WHy go cirngey and just be a joke they laugh at when you move on, vs be the guy they hate cause he got like a 90k payout because the workplace propagated bullying culture.

i'd laugh way harder knowing I fucking took their money

ok but why not come out as gay (no dress required)
