I started drinking Pu'er tea, which is a fermented tea that has lots of probiotics. But it's not all foamy like kambucha, it's like regular tea. It has done amazing things for my gut health, especially in combination with green tea.

Yeah it's good stuff. I even had a few glasses of chocolate pu'er today! Pretty good.
