After a man commits rape with his penis...he gets arrested. Rapist declares he feels like a woman even though he looks like a man, has all his male body parts and acts like a man.

Should this person be now called a female committing the crime, listed as female rapist in the news, counted statistically as a female doing the crime, put into women's prison and tax payers have to pay for hormones (which the person may not even take), costumes so this person can feel more feminine while all the other women must wear their jumpsuits and share showers plus cells with female inmates?

If the person wants to be female, then I say let them go to a female prison, but in order to be placed in one, they first need to have bottom surgery at the taxpayers expense. Let's see how many of them would continue to pretend they're women when one of the stipulations is that they must mutilate their genitalia first. The majority will all go back to identifying as men real quick if it's a choice between going to a male prison or chopping off their dongs to go to a lady prison.

Woman is not a feeling. Sex is biology. Off to the men's prison he goes (provided he is convicted -- he might get off, no pun intended).
