Honestly I kind of liked the masks, I didn't feel like I had to fake smile so much 😂 I noticed my allergies didn't act up at all last year, too. I'm going to miss that... but yay for getting vaccinated! That's a good thing. But the sore arm HURTS, like someone punched it. I got the Pfizer vaccines about a month ago, though most places and people where I live never took the pandemic very seriously and didn't believe it was real. No side effects besides the sore arm, although I was really listless--then again, that's not too abnormal.

That'll be so nice to go back to a semblance of normal, though! How will you celebrate your full vaccination and de-masking?

I hate the masks because it's hard to breathe in them. Although I admit they did make my face feel warmer in the winter.

I noticed my arm hurt a lot more after the second shot. Not bad enough for painkillers, though. I was hoping for some side effects so I could tell the vaccine was working. I know everyone says it works even if you don't have any symptoms, but I felt better knowing that my body had some reaction to it.

I can't wait to get back to my family's vacation cabin at the lake. We're going later this month, and I hope we can get out there at least a few times this summer. None of us went last year because of the pandemic. I only saw my family a few times to boot. I missed getting together on a regular basis.
