Trans men are not female and that is the point.

So...why are people who are "not female" 100% female in every measurable capacity except their wishful thinking, if they're not female? Why are they talking about their female anatomy if they're not female? Why do I have a spine if I'm not a vertebrate? Why do I have 100% human anatomy if I'm a wolf?

An example of this is when people say that trans men are better than cis men because we understand what it's like to be women

There have always been women insisting they're "one of the good (patriarchal) ones", there have always been women insisting they don't need these rights, that they don't need to vote, that they don't need a right to work or abortion. You are not special. You are not unique. Feminism doesn't exist to help a small number of women aware of how hard men are screwing them over, while all the other women can comfortably let the patriarchy walk all over them, it exists to improve the lives of women in general. Certain women playing respectability politics and trying to kiss men's misogynistic feewings better has always been the norm, and it in no way affects the goals of feminism and the fact that misogyny is wrong.
