Men are far more oppressed than women are in first world countries, and have less rights and privileges

Women in first world 2023 have all the same rights/privileges men do and then some. They aren't subject to forcible military conscription, they have more opportunities in certain career fields because of affirmative action, they receive less harsh punishment for committing the same crime compared to men, among other things. Society pushes the idea that women have it worse in life when in reality they are living life on easy mode.

Am I missing something here? Why are women still complaining when they are less oppressed than men?

Nobody in the Western World is oppressed. That's a cultural Marxist myth created and propagated in Western Universities. And that's where the rules for social media come from, especially places like Reddit, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. I'm not disagreeing with you that straight men are completely excluded from the Oppression Olympics (most specifically white, straight men), but we should be celebrating that. We actually have to achieve things and be responsible. As Sir Walter Scott said, "honor is a gift you give yourself."

You are right about all but one thing. We are not currently oppressed, though that certainly is the goal of the collectivists. By that, I mean all the communists, socialists, governments, and the religious institutions. Collectivism always leads to oppression, as it is always their goal.
