I wouldn’t read too much into this particular tweet. The only cringe I see here is that this twitter account is unfocused and not very funny.

The account says, “#Bernie2020 I’m a proud, ignorant woman and no one is going to change that.”

The banner at the top says, “Vote communist.”

The account identifies as being in North Texas and LuAnne is a clear reference to King of The Hill.

Maybe I’m reading too much into the account but I think it’s attempting to make fun of people who make fun of a certain type of person.
