I think having legit trust among people is a much more natural way of developing healthy relationships. A lot of people tend to think and see everything as a power play among conspirators, but I think that's a very cynical and simplified way of seeing things.
There's also a lot of people who see things that way to avoid accountability, are deceptive and/or are not confident in themselves. To me, developing a healthy self is vital to develop a self-image, and then you can share that with others.
