In the old days, the weather stations informed us of the air-pressure and wind direction. High pressure = less clouds. Low pressure= rainy. Wind from the north= cold. From the south= hot. (In Europe and US). This combines with the seasons. No clouds at night= cold night.
Now we know that the sun cycles influence the jet streams and some temperature waves. the there is no meaningful influence from CO2
