Christ says, give away what you have, see God and be happy and powerful. Communists say, steal from people and give everything to the greater good. If people want things, they are a counterrevolutionary and belong in reeducation facilities.

Christ's way work because it is done voluntarily. With communists, people still want things and thus suffer, they aren't allowed to make decisions and thus can't grow. Power and happiness or weakness and suffering.

Christian institutions aren't perfect, they insist on rejecting evolution. Bible is an interesting collection of stories, but isn't the best textbook.
