It's funny that you mentioned amber heard, because I supported Johnny Depp on this, especially when it came out that amber heard was recorded being abusive and throwing glass bottles at Depp. Also, her putting on makeup to look like she had bruises, etc. I myself have personal experience with an abusive woman, I know how vile they can be. It's ridiculous that we have to pretend that women cannot be evil abusive cunts, when some women clearly are vile abusive cunts. My parents actually divorced, because my mom was being abusive towards my dad, and even I have had to deal with her crazy and problematic behavior at times. A facebook friend of mine actually called out Johnny Depp supporters on her Facebook, talking about how amber heard was being abused by Depp, that she was majorly disappointed by all those supporting Depp etc. I feel that just like you said, this is all performative misandry, and just me personally, if a woman is in the wrong, or doing something bad, I will not blindly support them just in the name of feminism. Woman and men are human, both can and do fuck up at times.
