I make it a point to only learn from religions that allowed female participants and leaders. Unfortunately most of them were rather unorganized due to vicious persecution by the major patriarchal religions. Gnosticism is one of the final blackpills on that for me (the world was created to be a hell to extract worship and energy from the pure beings imprisoned in physical bodies on this created planet and universe, by a male demiurge, who was a failed product and subsequently detests women and his mother which led to their weaker status here). They respected women by all accounts, though they fur discourage childbirth to prevent the perpetuation of the suffering cycle much like Buddhism.

Another one I've picked up is nudan, or the female alchemy of transcendence that encourages childfree celibacy in the quest to overcome the female form, attain health and autonomy over personal fertility, and hopefully enlightenment.
