If you think the world didn't care about Palestine before, wait until you see what's coming next. But that's simply untrue that "nobody cared". Althistory garbage.

Also none of those things involved sawing people's heads off, killing whole villages, capturing women and the elderly as hostages, murdering unrelated foreigners, or any of the other shit hamas just did.

Hamas are now forsaken and if the people of Gaza want for gaza to continue existing, then why aren't they giving the hostages back? Why aren't the people of Gaza en masse sending hamas to hell and returning the hostages?

Forsaken means forsaken. Nobody is going to cry for gaza any more. Not after decades of advocating. EU just cut their funding to gaza - if your OP was true, they wouldn't have been giving any up to now. But they were, and never again, unless gaza returns the hostages and expels hamas

We are currently starving countless children with sanctions and nobody cares

We didn't call our country a terrorist nation, didn't demand our leaders be charged with war crimes, and to this day still honor and respect them

Literally no one? Of course not.

But there's no doubt that the west as a whole has proven itself capable of drastically under-reacting to, often barely noticing, it's own horrors while being absolutely shocked at the totally unaccepted horrors perpetrated by non-allies.

If Gazans want to break the cycle...there are millions of Gazans and just a few tens of thousands hamas. Expel hamas and return the hostages. Or else Israel are going to end the cycle which you referred to
