Go back and watch the video again. He repeatedly says the famous "I can't breathe" line while he was STILL IN THE COP CAR. So before he was even pulled out of the car and put on the ground he was saying multiple times "I can't breathe". He was saying this because he was having a panic attack from the lethal dose of fentanyl he swallowed before they arrested him.

there are so many people in jail that need to be released. Chauvin amongst them.

yeah but they argued he wouldn't have died if not put on the ground. Maybe true but that shouldn't be the point, he was resisting arrest and you don't get to do that because you're fat and unhealthy.
