Sun damage ages your skin the most out of anything. Cover yourself in the sun. Wear a hat, wear long sleeves, and everything else SPF 30+ Apply 30 min before sun, re-apply every 2 hours. This is NOT A JOKE. This is why Western women look like pieces of shit.

My skin is pretty dark, but I occasionally still use sunscreen.

I've taken this approach for a long time that nothing out there is for me (even though I'm white) I don't trust doctors. So I do all my own research. When I listen to doctors talking it's kind of "in the distance," They are useful for pointing me in the right direction but they're often wrong.
