Well, No, that's bullshit. It's the permission of the owners, not the workers, that lets all that happen.

owners need workers, workers need owners ..

elite 'owners' spend all their time subverting the workers power over them as they don't want to share

workers have the power to force them to share, our power is equal, but divided
