[Goal] to arrive at Full Spectrum Resolution for All:

to end self de-Agency-fication and Usurpation of People and Planet, and
to steward Abundance: Paradise on Earth

[How] through Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA):
--- Direct, Holistic, Collaboration, Accretive Dialogue & Periodic Reckoning
[Where] at /s/Collabocracy/ and Community Reckoning Walls
[What] to cultivate & flourish mutually sustaining systems:
knowledge, money, economy, governance, and so much more...

In short, through Collabocracy:
Every person directly exercising their own Micro Agency
contributes towards aggregated Macro Agency
for reciprocal and virtuous cycles of Macro Change

Also, is this for pure democracy or republicanism?

Athenian democracy is rule by the people themselves, republicanism is rule by the people but certain people are chosen to have the power of providing and protecting.

Collabocracy is an envisioned alternative to Corporatocracy

The Community Reckoning Wall is where people would gather to interact directly with public servants & one another, for accretive dialogue: to discuss concerns, ideas for remediation, determine and monitor improvements on an ongoing basis based on TQM [total Quality Management] principles and PDCA [Plan-Do-Check-Act/Adjust] methodology, for virtuous cycles of improvement
