Trump put in corrupt shitty judges, but he chose pro life corrupt shitty judges and they finally overturned Roe Vs Wade, the second most destructive supreme court decision to have ever been issued. (the first most destructive is citizens united which allows you to rent politicians, turning our country from a republic into an oligarchy.)

I was hopeful in 2016, but Trump didn't follow through with his promises then. The alternative to that was Biden, which was horrible, and then we got the same stupid choice again as Kamala wouldn't have had a different administration. And ugh, who wants a black indian woman figurehead president.

My read on this is that the "insurrection" amendment was added after the civil war, and used liberally to clamp down on post-war flare-ups. Those eventually subsided.

Curiously however, in the early 1900s there were quite a few anarchist and communist attacks on government, but for some reason the 14th wasn't being used anymore.

As long as they are the more respectable form of gays who dress talk and act normally and don't try to indoctrinate our youths, I think it's OK. That being said they shouldn't be in any positions that have access to little boys, just in case.
