Well, that's not surprising. The Supreme Court is a partisan entity and that's their party.

That said, though, I think the claim that he "engaged in insurrection or rebellion" is pretty fucking ridiculous. January 6 was a riot. It was extremely similar to some of the BLM riots, in both scope and damage caused. I know a riot when I see one.

A rebellion is something very, very different. The fucking QAnon Shaman was not the second coming of Jefferson Davis.
