This is literally fake news lol. The picture is the actor Cuba Gooding Jr. in 2019. Dallas Jones wasn’t arrested.

He looks nothing like Cuba who has dark brown eyes. This guy's eyes are a light hazel. Open a search of Cuba Gooding's images and you'll see a huge difference.
