Pretty much...nailed it.

It's absolutely ridiculous this guy is still in jail. He pretty much did everything right. He made sure he was about to be attacked and returned fire only enough to deter his attackers. It's self-defense. One of the attackers is on camera demonstrating he was an antagonist there.

The prosecutor has to be a moron to think any jury will convict.

I can picture the one guy who tried to grab his gun before getting shot once. He probably thought he was stopping a mass shooting or a rogue gunman.
