Haiti has had over 200 years for blacks to learn how to run their country but they keep fucking it up and enslaving each other. They are in the middle of a tourist destination and yet they are still eating literal mud pies because the country is fucked that tourists refuse to go there. There is not a single successful black run country in the world, they are incapable of it.
